Dompo (Garnet) Rose Wine

A sweet wine crafted from sound late harvest grapes from specially selected growers whose vineyards enjoy a unique tropical climate and favourable agronomic conditions suitable for vines in Central Tanzania.

Grapes are crushed, macerated then drained and partially fermented under controlled cellar environment to retain the natural sweetness and fruitfulness upon fortification.

Serving suggestion:

1. Pair it with salmon, pasta with seafood, goat cheese, and salads with fruits
2. Serve chilled between 10–12°C
