Dompo (Golden) Chenin Blanc

A sweet wine crafted from sound late harvest grapes from specially selected growers whose vineyards enjoy a unique tropical climate and favorable agronomic conditions suitable for vines in Central Tanzania.

Grapes are crushed, macerated then drained and partially fermented under controlled cellar environment to retain the natural sweetness and fruitfulness upon fortification.

Serving suggestion:

1. Enjoy with boiled, grilled fish or dedicated fish
2. Serve chilled between 11–14°C
