Altar Wine

Altar is an extra sweet full-bodied deep garnet red wine, made using Cinsaut grapes, which have inherent sweetness and natural aromas. It has a strong sense of character and is creatively prepared using a super-cooling technique, which halts fermentation just at the right time.

Serving suggestion:

1. Ideal with roasts, red meat
2. As dessert
3. Serve at 18–20°C
